What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for each product is 10 units. However, we will consider exceptions for new orders on a case-by-case basis.

What is your production cycle?

Our standard production time is 12 to 14 days from the time the order is placed and the design and color samples are confirmed.

Can I place a rush order for the shirts?

Yes, we accept rush orders, but an additional fee will apply.

Are you able to practice other sports that aren’t listed on the website?

Yes, we work with all sports. Send an email to Evan@jerseyforgeshop.com to speak with a representative.

Can I cancel the order?

If you ordered a customized product, we regret that we cannot cancel the order. This product was specially made for you, using the colors and logo specified by your team.

I want to use specific colors and logos. Can you do that?

Yes, we use the Pantone Solid Coated color catalog. If you need our color catalog to choose the exact color, please contact us at Evan@jerseyforgeshop.com to obtain it.

Can I get a sample of exactly what I want before placing an order?

Yes, of course. We do sample orders. The sample cost is $50, refundable for orders over 50 pieces.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Yes, we can fulfill orders within the deadline.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

What is your delivery area?

We offer worldwide shipping services via DHL, with delivery within 5-7 days.
